2020 Johan Ribolla Gialla

I swear to god I was there; I was like, “Ribolllaaaaaa.”  The first vintage of this after a Friulian grafting project at Johan two years prior, and we couldn’t be more stoked.  Passion fruit, orange peel, and celery.  Direct pressed after a short in-bin maceration, then barrel fermented.

So anyway, you guys wanna make out or what?

Drink with a tomato pie with anchovies.
