2020 "Les Peutes Vignes" Meursault

Seductive and complex aroma with a marked toasty/reductive smokiness, but the citrus fruit is there to anchor the core of the wine. Intense, vibrant with incipient complexity. Long, finely balanced between the pure fruit and the deliberately toasty/smoky winemaking. Deep, long and mouth-watering. Should age well – tastes very youthful now. Drink 2022–2028.
