Density & concentration are the admirable traits of this wine, with aromas of violets, scrubland, thyme, & ripe black fruits. The volume of the wine is enormous in the mouth and super velvety in texture—a noble red of black & blue fruits and a pepper finish. Enjoy with lamb, steak, or more decadent dishes. This wine could most certainly be aged, and no sulphur was added at any time to the wine.
