2021 Avant la Tempete

Avant la Tempete refers to that day in the spring of 2019 that Camille and Mathieu Apffel will remember for a long time; that day, a violent hailstorm ravaged 80% of their old Jacquère vines. An incredibly seductive cuvée that is both sharp and mineral with a long, saline finish. To try it is to adopt it in all circumstances and all seasons; it's a good thing the raclette season has started. Unfiltered wine with no added sulphites.
