Delicately fermented on the skins of Catarrato grapes for five months with no punching down. This action causes the grapes to break down naturally, and the resulting wine is then collected by using gravity; and what a wine it is!
Citrus blossoms dance amongst a saltiness that screams Sicilian sunshine and ocean breezes. These rich aromatics are married with fresh, savoury herbs, minerality, and crisp white peach. There are some subtle soft tannins with a fantastically long finish. YUM!
