2018 Saignee Rosso
A rose made from 'bleeding' grape juice from a wine tank in the process of making red wine. This is called the Saignee method. The wines are generally bigger, darker, and stronger than your average rose.
This wine, in particular, is jammed with cherries, wild strawberries, and lively acidity. It also has some savoury and spicy notes that are very pleasant to drink. I would recommend you drink this wine chilled, just like you would any other lighter style wines. Pair it with burgers, rich fish dishes, or grilled food.
