The best thing about Stephane Tissot is that his wines are all a little wild but tremendously accessible. I guess you could say they were on the right side of natural. The DD is the perfect example of three regional grapes blended to produce a quintessential wine with cherries and a smoky, funky, unadulterated thirst-quenching minerality. If you are tired of drinking Pinot Noir & Gamay, this wine will do the trick! The name of the wine is a homage to Stephane's father.
