2019 "Les Longecourts" Nuits-Saint-Georges

The wine tastes rich, velvety, and fleshy, with a juicy fruit core, fresh acidity, powdery tannins and a light spicy note in a long, complex aftertaste. The bright aromas are woven with notes of raspberries, cranberries, and flowers, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and toasted oak, which appear during aeration. The wine goes well with various meat dishes; it goes especially well with grilled red meats, game and cheeses.
