"Rêve'olution" (Rêve means dream in French) is a unique Crémant sparkling wine from the Alsace region of France. In blind tastings, the wine is often characterized as champagne since it is produced according to the same method. The wine is aged in the bottle for 36 months, which gives it wonderful bubbles. In the glass, Rêve'olution smells of flowers, green fruit and brioche, and in the mouth, the wine is dry (extra brut). The wine is produced organically and little or no sulfate is used in the fermentation. Rêve'olution is suitable as an aperitif or with good seafood or cheese.
