2020 Touraine Sauvignon

Pierre-Olivier is a sommelier's wet dream. He bottles in batches so the wine can vary and be a bit exciting to open due to its mysterious qualities, depending on how long the juice sat in the old oak barrels he uses. The wines tend to have a delightful floral tone and creamy texture. It is certainly a different approach for sauvignon blanc. Drink up, wine nerds!
