20/21 De L' Autre Côté

Auxerrois is usually quite an unremarkable grape but with the skilled & capable hands of Christophe Lindenlaub, he channels a wine full of excitement. On the one hand, this wine is rich and generous in texture, but “on the other side,” this wine delights with bright and energizing acidity. There are deep aromas of white peach and pear with an addictive minerality & almost salty finish. Delish!
