Multi-faceted and perhaps my favourite of Tom Lubbe's wines. This beautifully rounded, mango-filled, tea-steeped, zingy citrus bomb of an orange wine is back in all of its glory. Its floral fragrance is enough to knock you on your feet but try smelling it after an hour, or after a day, or after two days! Here is a wine that continues to develop well after opening. It is common to keep it in the fridge over a couple of days to explore its kaleidoscope of flavours like rose oil, thyme, bergamot, IPA, sandalwood, and stunning almond aromas.
If ever a time to splurge and try a true benchmark, this is it. Extremely limited quantities. Once it is gone, it is gone.
