2018 Egomaniac (Napa Valley)

With grapes sourced from Carneros on the Napa Valley Side, Subject to Change had the opportunity to make an organically farmed, zero sulphur California Cab and they couldn't pass up the opportunity! The wine is jammed with mixed peppercorns, currants, white floral aromatics, and a long finish.  It's not what you'd exactly expect from a Cali Cab, and maybe that's a good thing?  Drinking great now, but it's built to age for years to come.
