2020 Nackt Roter Wein
Trolli who? You have to try Trollinger. Dani and Frederike get a lot out of the grape variety. From black currants & raspberries, it goes over moist forest floor to some pepper and lots of character. It is fresh, fruity, & a joy to drink.

Ten days on the skins, one year on full lees in old 225l oak barrels before filling unfiltered by gravity. South-facing parcel on red marl at the Untertürkheimer Mönchsberg.
