2020 Null OHM
Moritz Kissinger says you should drink this wine over ten days to see how it develops. I can tell you right now, that was incredibly difficult. But I can tell you that the wine does change for the better as you consume it. On the nose, Kissinger's entry begins invitingly and charmingly. On the one hand, with juicy fruit and a touch of wildness, a satisfactory reduction is evident, along with pineapple and ripe peach. This excellent combination exudes a lot of liveliness. The palate is intense with loads of minerality and balanced, juicy fruit. As I drank the wine, it slowly developed a stunning buttery creaminess that wasn't there at first—a spellbinding, exciting wine.
