Rustic Elegance? Is that a thing? On one side of this wine, you have clear Burgundy traits. Refreshingly light with a juicy, soft, balanced flavour of strawberries, cherries, and some plums. On the other side, you have this endearing smokiness, tobacco, and some chalky notes. The minerality and acidity give the wine a backbone and make it incredibly easy to drink. YUM!
