The Samutra from Kristinus shows a strong yellow colour with clear cloudiness in the glass. It smells of nutmeg, green tea, lemon balm and papaya. On the palate, it has fine-grained tannins and good length. You should give the Samutra some air; it is best to give it a carafe. Then it goes well, not too cold, with various hearty pumpkin dishes - for example, lasagna from butternut squash. Enjoy!
