2020 Vera

This is a plot of Gamay, ⅔ 80 year old vines, and ⅓ 40 year old vines. Semi-carbonic in the traditional Beaujolais style with 15-20 days of maceration and 6-month minimum aging in old barrels. Slightly more structured but still delicate fruit with aromas of wild herbs.
