2021 Where ya Pj's at?
Ross & Bee Maloof are an eclectic pair of winemakers from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. They dubbed this orange wine "sort of a rosé" due to its stunning neon salmon colour, but the wine itself is made from only white & pink-skinned grapes. Don't underestimate its playful appearance, as this wine will attack you with tart grapefruit, green strawberries, orange zest, and ripe plums. I'd pair it with salads, Asian foods, roasted chickens, smelly cheeses, or anything deep-fried.
