2021 Que Rule

A special pet-nat is explicitly made for us to celebrate the building we currently reside in. It will be demolished in 2023 & we wanted to showcase its unique attributes & hold it in history. 

The wine is similar to a Blanc de Noir as it is made with organically farmed Garnacha Tinta, a red grape, but the skins are removed before any colour is imparted. You get lots of minerals, some beautiful fruit, & a silky earthy finish.

It is limited to 234 special bottles while supplies last.
