2021 Rosso di Sassopra

Light tannin & fruit flavors where cherry and currant stand out alongside a light smoky note and that savouriness of the volcanic soil that also seems to emerge in this wine with great strength.

Very pretty wine, a very fresh interpretation of this grape!

Rosso di Sassopra is 100% Sangiovese. The choice in this case to leave the grapes whole cluster and the short maceration, return in the glass an atypical Sangiovese especially if we take the Tuscan one as a reference.
