2021 Tattouine Rouge

Named Tattouine due to the grape's soil, a dominant red schist colour. That being said, the force is strong with this one. Lots of ripe cherry fruit, little kisses from strawberries, some earthy notes & baking spices. What makes this wine so captivating is the concentration of flavours that have a lot to do with how old the vines are, which are 100+ years. The wine is highly sought-after & will be gone in a blink—12 bottles in the house.
