The white wine from our favourite producers in Corbieres. It has electric acidity that lifts up notes of citrus, fresh pears, green apples, quince, & a lovely malty, full-bodied finish. I'd pair this baby with any seafood dish or even a roast chicken with lemon cream sauce. My mouth is watering already! Serve between 10° to 12° for the best experience.
