A vintage grown on red soil with a high clay content. This 100% Grenache Blanc undergoes skin maceration in vats for 24 hours before settling and slow fermentation without sulfur. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats. The result is a wine with a beautiful lightness and liveliness. We find a lovely aromatic complexity on the palate with fruity and floral notes. A finish with length and roundness!
