Olfactory notes are linked to the personality of a noble grape such as Pinot Noir and the aromatic expression of Glera with its subtle floral and fruity aromas. A tasty wine with a taut, pleasing mouth, able to evolve in the bottle positively.

Direct pressing of Glera and pink vinification of Pinot Noir – Spontaneous fermentation – Aging for 3-4 months in steel – Bottling with added must from dried grapes.
