Macabeu is perhaps better known to many in the north-eastern part of Spain, but in Languedoc they also produce very exciting wines from the grape. A light-bodied and fresh white wine that everyone can enjoy. Ideal for risotto with fish or shellfish, and also goes well with cheeses. The wine is stored in steel tanks and has no added sulphur.
