As a result, their sauces feature unique flavours and regional peppers, and this #3 sauce in the Season 17 Hot One's hot sauce lineup is no exception! Featuring Calabrian chilli flakes, the sauce transports you to Buona Italia with sweetness from sun-dried tomatoes and bell peppers, savoury garlic, plus salty-grassy notes from black olives.  Finished with a dash of mushroom powder for umami, it’s a well-balanced sauce that livens up the most traditional of Italian dishes.
