Còle Vino Frizzante
Floral and full of vibrant stone fruit, this colfondo(refermented in the bottle) is made from a rare & indigenous grape called Gruaja. It has a pleasurable and light drinkability with fantastic acidity. It is ideal on its own or with a perfectly grilled fish.
Cristian Moresco took over his family farm and immediately started converting the vineyards to biological. He has undertaken the daunting task of rehabilitating indigenous varieties, focusing on six different grapes(Gruaja, Ottocai, Pedevenda, Sciampagna, Groppella and Vespaiola). He is a dedicated winemaker, and I am excited to carry his wines.
