NV l'Atavique

A multi-generational Champagne house that approaches all winemaking with old-school techniques. “Atavique” is an older term for the re-emergence of a trait that existed in a relative several generations back. The wine is a blend of numerous vintages made up of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This is a truly great, balanced champagne where flowers and tropical hints dominate alongside strength, finesse, and fruitiness.
