Royal Tomasa Cantina - 🌶️4/10🌶️

For those familiar with Catina Royal's Tamaulipeka hot sauce from Hot One's season 11, Tomasa is similarly rich in flavour, but with a darker colour and actually an even more intensity.

The beautiful deep purple 'ink colour' gets te sauce from roasted Manzano chili and the silky texture comes from corn oil. The Tomasa sauce has lots of fullness and highlights the umami taste where it is used - for example on tacos, for pizza or on a steak!
