They call me Ruda because I have no filter. My heart is fermented serrano chili. And my unique personality is given to me by the habanero, the chipotle and all the artillery of spices that enrich me: intense, complex, an orgy of flavour that can handle anything. I may seem aggressive, but I delicately caress your palate and make you drool with my acetic character and suggestive colour. A character and a body forged during three years of leisurely fermentation
