Shine No.1 Trauben, Liebe und Zeit

TLZ is an abbreviation for Trauben, Liebe und Zeit - Grapes, Love and Time, the only three ingredients needed in a wine.

For us, a precious wine that shows precisely how Franz is one of the best producers. From about 15 years old vines, this Sauvignon Blanc is entirely different from what you know about Sauvignon. It is unfiltered, unfined and has zero sulphur added. It is harvested by hand and fermented in wooden barrels for 15 days in contact with the skins.

Shine is a very fitting name for this supremely fresh, bright, vivid white.
